Villa Verde: Lush Spanish Estate, Glamorous Pool, EV Charger

We love this property, and appreciate the owners continued care and upgrades. Our entire extended family has space to spend time together and apart. The kitchen is well stocked and organized. You've never seen a better coffee setup. The property is picture perfect, I always leave snapping photos of design inspiration I want to copy. Bedrooms are comfy and everyone sleeps well. We love walking to the convenience store. This continues to be our goto family destination.

This house exceeded our expectations! My friends and I had the best time exploring every detail in each beautiful room. Everything is decorated so thoughtfully and everything was so user friendly. We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we walked in the door. We enjoyed a wonderful day in the warm pool and loved being by the fire pit at night. We enjoyed our coffee every morning outside in the beautiful green, private backyard. I highly recommend this rental and I would love to come back and stay again! It was such a lovely and relaxing vacation. Not to mention it was in close proximity to hot dinner spots in downtown Palm Springs. Nothing but 5 stars from me!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Verde. The house was accurately reflected in the listing pictures and the backyard area was even better (pool, hot tub, fire pit area, and lots and lots of seating and dining options). The interior was decorated in such a cute, stylish way which made it perfect for a girls weekend. The only issue we had the entire weekend was getting a text at 10:11 pm on a Saturday night from the owners saying that they received notification of loud noises in the backyard. We didn't even have a chance to reply to the text before receiving a phone call just three minutes later. Our group was eight women in our 40's there to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of our book club. We were just sitting around the fire pit talking and perhaps must have laughed too loud at one point. I completely understand that these are policies put in place by Palm Springs and not the owners of the property - they were just trying to make sure we/they didn't receive a violation since the penalties are extreme. But I just can't imagine any group being able to enjoy the awesome outdoor area after 10:00 pm if our group of eight adults (the house can hold more than that) was being too loud. You would literally have to whisper to each other which I guess is what the city is wanting folks to do. We ended up moving inside for the rest of the evening. Anyway, we knew the rules and I just thought it might be helpful for others to know them ahead of time before booking in PS.
